A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking a block of time for overnight pet care. The balance is due before or on the day of your departure.
A Meet & Greet appointment at your residence will be made once your dates of service have been established and put on my calendar.
I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or PayPal. Once established, I will accept a personal check.
If you need to cancel your reservation, a credit will be issued for future pet care needs. I do not issue refunds.
All pet care instructions, along with the veterinarian’s name and phone number must be left in writing for the caregiver at the residence. This covers both client and pet sitter.
